Everything have a advantages as well as disadvantages
of the diversity in the workplace. As the same there were benefits of diversity
and now we will talk about the challenges that have been taken to work
efficiently with the diversity of workforce;

COMMUNICATION= Everyone working in the
organisation belong to different region so they have different languages that
being use in the their region. So we have overcome this challenge by having a
common language being used in organisation so that everyone can hear and understand
it what is being said. If there is no common language so there will be
confusion, lack of understanding to work in the teamwork and so on.

RESISTANCE TO CHANGE= Everyone belong to
different culture so they will not work in that organisation which is totally against
their culture. There will be more turnover in that organisation which will work
against their culture.
SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT
OF DIVERSITY= Organisation should not be sufficient by giving the diversity
training to their employees over the organisation’s diversity plan. So it is
important to create a strategy that to be implemented to maximise the effect of
diversity that fills every department and function of organisationvideo for further detail
