Diversity in the workforce

Diversity of workspace refer variety of differences between the peoples working in the organisation. That’s very simple diversity includes race, gender, ethnic group, place, age, education and so on. It all depends upon the cultures from which region they belong because different regions have different cultures and different living style and languages. (www.google.ca, n.d.)

Today nobody knows what will happen tommorrow and it very fast changing environment in the technology and so due to that businees have to adapt the changes that occurs.
